IMPORTANT NOTE (that belongs where task rolls will be)
You can not apply any additional penalties with beneficial effects to task rolls where the base task itself is only going to succeed by defying the odds. (No thinking along the lines of “just hitting the guy is a 1-in-100 chance, so might as well aim for the head”)

Attack Roll Modifiers:

Bonus Condition Note
+ 5 Target ambushed/unaware
+ 2 Target open to attack Target is incapable or unwilling of taking actions; currently stunned (does not stack with immobile/helpless)
+ 4 Target immobile/helpless Target has been stunned since the start of the round or is an inanimate and immobile object
+ 4 Large target
+ 2 Target Silhouetted
+ 2 Turret mounted weapon
+ 1/+ 2 Bracing + 1 without equipment, + 2 with a bipod; is an Action
+ 1 to + 5 Aiming depends on the gun sight (+ 2 with iron sights), never more than + 5
+ 1 Full auto at Close range Applied for each 10 bullets to a target
– 1 Full auto beyond Close range Applied for each 10 bullets fired
– 1 to – 5 Moving Target with REF 11 + – 1/point over 10 (reaction boosters are included)
– 2 Turning to Face Target
– 2 Firing a weapon without looking through the sights
– 2 Aimed shot at Torso
– 3 Firing While Running
– 3 Using two weapons simultaneously for both weapons
– 3 Snapshot +3 initiative, declared before initiative roll
– 3 Blinded by light or dust both conditions may apply
– 3 Poor lighting/partial darkness
– 4 Aimed shot at Arm/Leg
– 4 Small target
– 6 Aimed shot at Head
– 6 Tiny target
– 6 No Line of Sight to Target/Complete darkness No roll is possible unless target location is known.
– 8 Aimed shot at Face
– 10 Aimed shot at Eye
